Each year the Mountain Home Officers’ Spouses’ Club awards multiple scholarships to dependent children and spouses of military stationed at Mountain Home and Gowen; as well as retired military residing in the local area. Funding for these scholarships is generated through proceeds from our annual scholarship auction held on March 4th. The following scholarship categories are available: high school senior, continuing education, vocational, and ,military spouse.
Recipients will be chosen in March and will be notified in mid-April.
Dollar amounts of the individual scholarships historically range from $500-$3000.
Scholarship money may be used for payment of tuition, books, and fees by the Finance or Business Office of the school during the fall 2022 semester and/or the spring 2023 semester.
Applications are due March 11, 2022, and must be post marked as such. Reviews and judging of all applications will take place by a board of volunteers after the deadline, therefore late applications will not be accepted.
